HISTORY
Georges N. Frem devoted his life to helping build a productive Lebanese society where citizens live in dignity and respect. When he started the business in 1955, he established the motto: “What is good for the community is good for the company. What is good for the company, we will strive to do excellently and in a way that enriches the lives of our people.”
The founder firmly believed that a company’s success is correlated to the “absolute good” it could offer the community. As such, he introduced a new value in his company: service leadership.
As his business flourished to the international manufacturing group INDEVCO, he established a social arm, which later became the Georges N. Frem Foundation. GNFF came into existence to provide lasting solutions to pressing humanitarian and educational needs.
