The Founder believed that hope for a better tomorrow resides in our youth, and that it is crucial for students to understand their responsibilities as citizens in nation and institution building.
GNFF inaugurated the Frem Center for Civic Responsibility and Leadership at the Lebanese American University in Byblos.

Its purpose is to foster civic responsibility among students by organizing and hosting events and academic courses on civic responsibility, leadership, transparency, ethical and sound governance practices. The goal is to strengthen the pluralist democracy of Lebanon and develop a deeper understanding of the responsibilities of citizens in nation and institution building.
